PRE-TRAINING starting 7th November
I started training. First run was Sunday and I ran 6 laps around the track @ 400 meters each so 2.4 km. It was a slow and easy start to training.
Monday – bikram yoga.
Tuesday – 5 k with Jorge! Slow and steady. Felt great afterwards.
Wednesday – OFF!
Thursday – bikram yoga.
Friday – 5.6 k @ the Stade in 45 minutes. Yeah! Easy run. Feeling great about training.
Saturday – nearly skipped but made it to the last bikram yoga class @ Faubourg Montmartre. The tatoo’d Chilean was instructing, and he got my name right this time (last time he kept calling me Linda!)
Sunday – super lazy! Nada.
