WEEK 4 beginning 4th January 2010

New Year, feeling great. I will run a half marathon in exactly 2 months!!

Monday 4th – boycotted stretch / strengthen. Took the day off.

Tuesday 5th
– 18h30 – 5K on the treadmill in about 32 minutes. Don’t like treadmills but it’s still freezing cold out so what else can I do? Grateful to have this option. Heart rate reached 90 bpm. Lots of stretching afterwards.

Thursday 7th – 10:30 am run 5K and free weights / arms for 15 minutes.

Saturday 9th – NEW YORK CITY! 6K in Central Park. Freezing bloody cold but at least there was gorgeous sunshine. Felt great.

Sunday 10th – relax.
