Feb 2nd training, 19h-20h. No notes.
Feb 3th training on the treadmill at the gym… 19h30 to 20h15 or so.
Saturday 5th BIG RUN – 17 km in the Bois de Boulogne. Cold, very cold. Ran with Erika from Mexico, an energetic little thing! The whole ordeal took about 2 hours. I really pushed myself. Exhausted after, but carried on like normal. Was wondering if maybe I got a bit dehydrated. Remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate next time!
